Korean Skincare: Essences and the “7 Skin Method” | Beauty with Susan Yara

Essences are a popular skincare product found in Korean skincare routines. But what are they? Well, they’re somewhere between a toner and a serum. I break them down for you and share some that I’ve been trying lately in this video. Plus, I explain how to do the “7 Skin Method” – a technique to help build moisture in your skin.

I use the Korean essences. 2 different ones in summer and up to 4 different ones in the winter! It is a lifesaver. I do the 10 step. Sometimes more in the winter. My skin just glows! And stays moisturized.
